Cairo: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty met on Sunday, August 31st, 2025, with Solafa Goueli, the Executive Director of the National Training Academy, to discuss collaboration on training programs for Ministry of Foreign Affairs personnel.

According to State Information Service Egypt, during the talks, they discussed leadership development, crisis management, and upgrading skills for mid- and senior-level staff. Abdelatty emphasized the ministry's collaboration with the academy and the Institute for Diplomatic Studies to develop tailored training programs.

He also mentioned that updates to the ministry's recruitment and evaluation systems are under review. These updates aim to improve the selection process for diplomatic roles and strengthen performance standards.
