Nairobi: Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy Mahmoud Esmat held discussions with a delegation from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group. The delegation was led by Cheick-Oumar Sylla, Regional Director for North Africa.
