Lyon: The activities of the 'One Health' Summit continue for the second day in a row in the French city of Lyon, featuring a high-level session that brings together heads of state, leading scientists, and representatives of international organizations, with Egypt's participation and the attendance of French President Emmanuel Macron.According to State Information Service Egypt, the summit brings together around 700 scientists and experts with the aim of strengthening international coordination in addressing shared global health challenges through the integrated 'One Health' approach. The event focuses on linking human, animal, and environmental health through four key pillars: preventing zoonotic diseases, combating antimicrobial resistance, advancing sustainable food systems, and reducing exposure to pollution.Participants are working toward developing shared visions and actionable measures to bolster global health security, amid growing cross-border challenges that require a coordinated international re sponse.
